There is 1 Bedroom and 1 Large Bathroom.

It costs §124,725/§35,290 and is on a 30x20 lot.

Build Set - DIY by armiel (Required for it to look the same).
Stand-alone TV's by morphead (Just the largest and smallest of the ones that aren't wall mounted).
Axle Ceiling Light by Flabaliki (Just the light, nothing else).
